Yoga Flow

A dynamic, breath-led vinyasa practice designed to build heat, strength, and presence. In this 60-minute class, you’ll move through creative sequences that connect movement and breath, inviting focus, fluidity, exploration and inner balance. All levels are welcome, with variations and modifications offered throughout.
